When I first saw the design, I must confess I was not an instant fan (my wife got it right away), but I now appreciate the thoughtful design which I find very modern and sophisticated.
This really is a lovely apartment and we are thoroughly pleased to have bought it, and are enjoying living here.
I have brought up a few snagging matters and am pleased at the prompt and professional way in which these have been dealt with. Your staff have all been very friendly and respectful and courteous. This must come from the top, and has to be a tribute to your management team. Hopefully this is not a jinx on things but we feel lucky to have met you and bought this apartment.
